Cons 1) No proper product promotion and manual

Cons I bought this to display slideshow photos to friends and relatives. The unit is supposed to be able to display pics at 3 second intervals but it won't. It takes between 7 and 14 seconds. This is unacceptable and WD was not helpful. on by Mr_joe_user | Read full review

Cons I had trouble getting the media player to recognize the local USB storage device (WD), but when it did, I found that it would only play a portion of the movie then pause and load up more information. I have no idea why this happens. on by htgauthier | Read full review

Cons It seems to prefer being connected (wired) to devices over working wirelessly. Had to spend extra $ to make it work wirelessly.
The 1 we bought quit working after a week, we took it back.

Cons Using mkv's, mp3 and mv4 you will see video stutter or jerkiness. Most video's you may not noticed but if there is burst of video data it has to process then you see stutter. Usually when camera pans on scenery or an abundant pixel changes. on by sonclave | Read full review
