    "Never worked out of the package"

    Pros: none so far

    Cons: never worked

    Summary: I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt, I purchase it at Best Buy, took it home and plugged it in, for over 14 hours, the green light never turned off (they say its on an internal 8.5 hour charge). Tested the battery in some devices, no power at all.
    Will return to Best Buy today. Customer service was 'very helpful' and actually spoke english, not impressed as I need these batteries NOW for a photo shoot today!
