Pros: Basically ensures you will always be wireless!!!

Cons: Sometimes - rarely - there are no cons

Summary: CNET wrote that the fact that it takes 3 hours to charge is still a small con. Just because there is space for a con doesn't mean you should fill it in with junk. You buy two extra batteries in addition to the ones already in your controller and you always have two batteries on stand by, ready to go, after a switch-out in 5 seconds. So, after the very first 3-hour charge of both stand-by batteries, the need to charge again becomes moot, because by the time you use up the battery again you will have two always ready to go - no waiting. Hardly a con. This is an essential accessory if you have the wireless controllers.
