The Bottom Line The Nyko Charge Base 2 is a convenient way to keep your wireless PS3 controllers charged without having to turn on your PlayStation 3. While it isn't particularly fancy, the Energizer Power & Play Charging System for the PlayStation 3 is one of the more compact and versatile charging stations for PS3 wireless controllers on the market. While we wished it cost a bit less, the Konnet PS3 and Xbox 360 Power Pyramid is a solid gaming accessory that will appeal to dual-console owners. The Charge Base 360 works as advertised, but its bulky size and controller docking requirement make it a tough sell versus Microsoft's more compact alternative. If you don't mind a few minor annoyances, the Nyko Charge Station is a great way to recharge your Wii remotes.
