1.0 starson by adc8979Pros: The promise of the product does not live up to expectations. The sales man at Best Buy said "you get what you pay for" in this instance, that statement could not be farther from the truth!
Cons: The many fittings for the power chord are so loosely fitted that you have to constantly check to make sure you are still plugged in. The wall plug in is so bad it continually fails, and I find myself running around the house trying different plugs
Summary: This is not a power chord. This is a battery charger. It is very difficult to use. Your battery continually runs down, it is extremely unpredictable and undependable under the best circumstances. I recently found out I can purchase a replacement AC power chord from Gateway for $14.00. I sure wish I had done more research prior to buying this product for $100. Save your self a lot of anger and stay away from this product.

I wish I saw this post before I bought the product. I agree, cord is too short, fittings are loose and after 6 months, it burnt out!
