The duplexer was easy to install and worked well right away. It is very pricy, consider the printer only runs $900 but to get duplexing, it costs another 20%.
The Dell 3115CN printer with duplexing produces a good print product, quickly in B&W and in Color. The duplexer helps for high volume jobs, not so much to save paper but to save bulk. However, installing the printer was a bear; networking was not easy and required hours of work online with Dell's support group (who are great by the way).
