I have not had any bad experiances with this processor and WIN 7.
Summary
If your a digital video creator-this processor is excellent.
I use my WIN 7 PC and the E7500 for internet surfing, as my E2200 Pentium D is doing Youtube Uploads useing Vista.
I would recommend a 1-GB x16 video card for Adobe software users.
