"Repair not available"
Pros: nice color
Cons: TV broke one year and no service available
Summary: LG is advertising good customer svc however
no service would be more truthful.
LG dvd/vcr broke within 6 months and told
by svc center and LG no parts available however LG did advise newer model dvd/vcr
available.
LG tv 52 sx4d analog tuner quit within
one year and LG customer svc center 1-800
could not figure problem out. Extended
warrantly from Best Buy has been useless
since they had EMFA electronics pick up
TV 2 months ago and they now refuse to
return it. Unclear if it is fix or not.
At any rate TV broke within a year and
has been gone for 2 months.....
