"All the bells and whistles"
Pros: Great Picture, Integrated HDTV tuner, Connections Galore, Powerful Remote
Cons: Anti-Glare Screen is too reflective
Summary: I have had mine for 6 months now and have had absolutely no problems. Regular TV is pretty good, DVD's are great, and HDTV is awesome. I do not have cable or satallite and am only using a $30 UHF antenna from Radio Shack. In my area (Cincinnati), I am picking up about 15 channels in crystal clear digital TV! I have also hooked this thing up to a computer via the VGA port for gaming which is also very sharp and clear. The NetCommand feature allows you to custom program the TV to control other A/V components. It is time consuming to set up but well worth the effort. I now use the TV remote exclusively and it automatically takes care of controlling all of the support A/V equipment without any extra remotes or even any additional button clicks from me. Another nice feature is a thorough complement of buttons on the front of the TV that allow TOTAL control of the TV for those times when the remote wanders off. The only negative I have is the highly reflective supposed anti-glare screen. This can be terribly distracting if you are trying to watch TV during the day and there are bright objects, such as windows, behind you. The screen is easily removed and this eliminates the problem, but the TV has a distinctly unfinished appearance with it off and I prefer to leave it on anyway for protection. I just take it off whenever the glare is bothering me. Kind of a hassle.
