Cons: Mother went right out of the box..

Summary: Botton line is this was a bad t.v from the minute we recieved it to when they picked it back up. We were told to unplug all cords to the tv that should stop the blurry picture and then turn it back on. The customer service person would not listen nothing had been hooked up to the tv, It was still blurry count not read the menu, the volume was on full blast and still could not hear it. The picture look concaved, changed settings still did not help. I was told to call a repair man after being on hold for 30 minutes. So when I did they said sorry we cant come to where you are. Since I live in BFE...The second repair service center said it was a 300 mile round trip and that were waiting aon them to give them the credit for travel time. They said it sounds like the mother board,. I was trying to get them to take it back finally they did nadn custome servcie center called a week later to see it teh problem was fizxed I said yes know that I will not be dealling with your product again... DO NOT BUY THIS PRODIUCT.....
