Worst TV, Bad picture qualityby enferrari - July 3, 2009
Pros: Easy to setup and use.
Cons: The lamp went out in less than a year. I bought this TV at Costco, but luckily I had purchased a Sears warranty, and now the light engine burned out (blue lines all over screen). You have to press hard on the remote to change the channel and volume

I would not buy any microscreen projection TV again.by jeffrey9999 - September 27, 2007
Pros: Easy setup and use
Cons: Lamp replaced after only 4 months
Review: Mitsubishi WD-62530 - 62" rear projection TV needed a new lamp after only 4 months using the fast start option, which has low power to the lamp all of the time. Mitsubishi sent a replacement lamp under warranty promptly. The 2nd lamp has been used for 5 months using the slow start option (takes about 2 minutes to get to full brightness). The lamp is beginning to dim. I do not know if Mitsubishi will cover a 2nd lamp under warranty, or whether Costco will cover a new lamp under it's extended warranty. I do know that I would not buy any microscreen projection TV again.
