"Non-existent customer support"
Pros: Beautiful HD picture
Cons: Non-existent customer support, questionable reliability, and apparently a rapid depreciation
Summary: We enjoyed our 62725 for all of the 85 days that it worked. At that point it went black and indicated we should contact an authorized service center. With an in-home extended warranty we rightfully assumed this would not be more than an inconvenient disappointment. The authorized service center, however, refused to travel the distance to our home, even after supposedly being offered mileage by Mitsubishi. The dealer refused replacement or refund, and Mitsubishi refused to authorize such. All of these refusals are made even more frustrating by the several 30-35 minute periods On-Hold (tolled number) only to be told someone would call back. No calls back have been received. We will never buy another product from these corporate con-artists.
