"Great Picture...Built-in DVR is worthless!!"
Pros: Picture is great...diamond shield is awesome!!
Cons: Don't buy this TV if you plan to use DirecTV. There is obviously some politics that went on behind the scenes when they designed this set that are slanted towards cable providers. The biggest one is that for whatever reason the TV prevents you from record

"Worst TV and customer service experience of my life"
Pros: None. Customer service was rude and the warranty is pointless. Listed as the Diamond flagship of the company. Product never has and never will be fully functional. The only good is I will never purchase a product made by Mitsubishi ever again.
Cons: Product was in the shop 2 times in the first year of ownership. Total shop visits since 2005 for my product was 7 times. Result has been variable levels of functionality. Never has the product fully functioned as advertised.
