    "Great Picture...Built-in DVR is worthless!!"

    Pros: Picture is great...diamond shield is awesome!!

    Cons: Don't buy this TV if you plan to use DirecTV. There is obviously some politics that went on behind the scenes when they designed this set that are slanted towards cable providers. The biggest one is that for whatever reason the TV prevents you from record

    Check to see if there is an upgrade on the firmware connecting the dvr. I read somewhere that the software is free to update so that you could record something that is not watched and it may fix your problem as well.
