"BIG, yet fits in an entertainment center."
Pros: Nice cabinet and allot of TV for the money.
Cons: Not reliable and extended service with BestBuy is terrible. Value goes down because you'll need two of them. One to watch while the other is waiting weeks for the GeekSwad to get around to fixing it.
Summary: I have three TVs waiting for service. One of them a 65" Mitsubishi. It took 5 days for someone to come out and say I needed a part. 5 more days for the part to show up and then guess what? Now I am looking at another 5 days for them to put it in.
I have called several times and have been told twice that the Service Supervisor would be calling me in four hours. I have yet to receive a call.
I am getting ready to load up all three TVs and take them back to the store. BestBuy has FAILED to live up to our agreement when I paid them for the extended service plan and has FAILED to do what they have promised to do. One of the people from the Magnolia Geek Squad actually told me that they consider 15 days for a repair to be in line with their REASONABLE statement in their extended warranty.
I am still waiting for a callback from the local Service Supervisor AS PROMISED. The way things are going BestBuy and I will be discussing how I will be getting my money back on the three big screens dumped just inside the doors of the local BestBuy.

I had the WD73727 + the Stand, also from Best-Buy with the extended warranty, out the door almost $6,000. After 30 months, on 8/11/08 (during the Summer Olympics) The T.V. went bad, color changed then screen goes black, called the Magnolia Geek Squad, nice Guy came out after a week, ordered the part, waited 27 days, nice guy came & installed, works good for 3days, then T.V. is down again, 2 weeks later, new part is put in, this time TV worked for 1 week, anyway...
after 5 visites by the nice young men from Geek Squad, still waiting for another part, by now I missed the Rose Bowl, got ****-off and made some phone calls, Magnolia agree to replace the BAD TV with a new (same 73" DLP)+ $400 extended service or Store Credit of $2,500. Today is 1/11/09 we'll go to B/B and get the replacement 73"DLP, I don't want to pay another $2 or $3,000 more for a 65"LCD /Plasma, my T.V.was OUT since 8/11/08. maybe I had a Lemon DLP, but the extended service did extended the... NO TV for 6 MONTHS.
