"Two Major Repairs in 22 Months"
Pros: Great when working
Cons: The lamp has gone out twice in 22 months. The first time was 6 months after delivery. The second time was after the labor portion of the warranty was over. I dumped the TV rather than putting $300 worth of labor into a lemon.

"there is a design problem with lamp placement !"
Pros: The picture is great ! The unit is very attractive,looks modern.All friends ,family notice & compliment how attractive it is.The screen has no glare from lighting& from window sun light.
Cons: The one problem with this product is you can not buy a replacement bulb.You have to buy & installed by a authorized service dealer. Because the lamp design is not a simple job for most.labor cost is $225 that takes 15 min. to install Lamp is $350.
