Pros: Crisp, bright picture. Lot's of inputs. Excellent styling. Good upconversion. HDTV is amazing.
Cons: Price. Only 1 hdmi input. Rainbows??? (I didn't see any, but some might)

Pros: The picture is stunning: rich colors and sharp clarity of HDTV programs. Unique styling, easy to hook up and a great picture right out of the box. Lots of inputs and a built in analog tuner.
Cons: Some programs lose definition (become a bit fuzzy around the edges) when the picture is this large. Example: old black-and-white movies on TCM.
