Pros: HD quality was very ggod for first two years.
Cons: After first year (warranty period), it started shuting off one to three times a day. Now, more than two years later, it has hunderds of white dots and many black dots always on the screen. Would cost 50% of original purchase 1.5K to fix TV myself.

Pros: None of the turning off issues, no functional issues at all. 1800+ hours on the bulb/set.
Good Colors
Lightweigt (Also a con)Cons: Picture geometry is very poor (see below)
Black levels are awful, especially compared to plasmas

Pros: Looks nice and meets most expectations when it works
Cons: Service is terrible. Parts in the TV start failing after only 2 years. Do you home work and search the web for common problems of the model you like before you trust a brand

"Over two years and used for everything"
Pros: I have had this TV for over two years now and we use if for two video game systems, Dish Network, photo memory card, cable, DVD player and VHS. My son also connected his computer to receive output from it to record his game play on it. We love it!!!
Cons: This has more to do with where we have it positioned in our new home but if you have direct sunlight hitting the screen it will bounce back and wash out the screen. At our old house we were able to avoid that problem and it was a perfect picture.
