"Easily the best TV I?ve owned."
Pros: Excellent colour and sharpness in high def. 1080p. Best menu system I?ve seen. Cables connect on one side, not at the back. Weighs less than smaller plasma TVs. No lamp to burn out every few years.
Cons: Could use a DVI input and a third component input.

"went to purchase sony a3000 after comparing side by side at 4 different stores.i chose the t5687s."
Pros: the colors are very vibrant and the blacks are truly deep black. i thought i was looking at a plasma set. no bulbs to replace and no spinning wheels to repair.
Cons: led is a new technology for hdtv and only time will tell of its reliability. the reason i scored this tv a 9 instead of 10 because nothing is perfect till proven perfect.
