  • "WOW, THIS IS A NICE TV! IT'S A SONY WHAT CAN I SAY, I LOVE THIS TV!!!"

Pros: CRYSTAL CLEAR PICTURE, LOTS OF INPUTS, USER FRIENDLY REMOTE. I GOT THIS TV BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT A BIG TV BUT I DID WANT A QUALITY PICTURE AND I ALSO DID NOT WANT A WALL MOUNT TV.

Cons: I HAVE NOT FOUND ONE YET.

Summary: I really like this tv, it is a nice size screen not to big not to small. This picture and the colors on this tv are excellent, and the blacks are the best I have seen. This tv is not for everyone, I think Sony made this tv for people wanting a smaller tv to replace the old tube type. The nice thing about this set is it looks really good with a digital signal, and or course looks amazing in HD. I hooked up an outside antenna and also have 12 local channels in HD. The nice thing about rear projection is you don't see trailing on fast moving objects like a lcd. I bought this tv at RC Willys for $949 and paid $99 for a 5 year in home warranty and that includes the bulb replacement. If you are going to buy a rear projection get the warranty. It is not if but when will the light go out(the bulb can be replaced very easy at home). The other nice thing about rear projection is you don't have to worry about screen burn in and other problems that the lcd and plasma have. When I went to previewed this tv at the store they had a 47 inch lcd in 1080p next to this set with a HD program playing and the Sony looked better then the Samsung. Great tv, great price, and don't forget the warranty! And don’t let the fact that this is a 37 inch tv fool you, bigger is not always better!
