"Very good HD and DVD-source picture, but poor 480p picture."
Pros: High value for the money.
Cons: Blurry blurry blurry non-HD tv picture. Speakers weak.
Summary: I really felt this to be a great buy. It had multiple connections, large viewing size, great looks, very good price on line. But the "regular" picture (any cable tv program that is not in HD) is very blurry. The HD picture is GREAT! The small speakers result in small sound -- I run an audio out to my old Bose radio and that has helped. If you're gonna use a surround sound system then the built-in speaker quality doesn't matter. If you're interested in this tv, see what you think of the regular picture if you can before you buy.

I set my comcast dvr box to output non-hd channels in 480p and it did wonders for those channels. If you haven't tried this already, you should.
