Best Value against many other top Predecessors, Superior Quality
Pros: loud speaker, mount+dashmount, sleep mode, bright display
Cons: plastic piece inside unit gets worn making it hard to mount (after years of owning)

Audio problems
Pros: Excellent radar detection
Cons: Audio failure - Twice
I have just lost audio for the second time with this unit. The first time a simple speaker replacement repaired the problem, no such luck this time. Of course the unit is 2-months out of warranty. I'm not sure I would purchase again. The price is great but the quality does not seem to be there.

Great Detector For Price
Pros: Long Range Detection Very Few False Alarms Dim Feature Easy to Use Under $200
Cons: Poor Laser Detection; But Don't Be Fooled, Even The Most Expensive Detectors Can't Detect Laser Well Unless Laser is Pointed Directly at Unit

awsome compared to my whistler 1730 junker
Pros: very very sensitive it will pick up a cop 2 or more miles before coming up on him and that is with k and ka band
Cons: blue screen display doesnt look as good as it does on the advertisements
