"Pocket Computer"
5.0 starson by EcoFusionPros: The screen looks significantly better than previous iTouches, still lacking the contrast and vivid colors of the iPhone 4's IPS display, but a great improvement none the less. The cameras work well, and the 802.11b/g/n really bring web pages up fast.
Cons: No flash for the camera.
Summary: Between the great display, HD video camera, front facing camera, mic, and 802.11b/g/n wi-fi the iPod touch 4th gen is a must have for any techy.

You don't mention how its dead in your pocket after a few hours-
Why do you fail to mention that?
And that other ipods that upgrade to 4.0/4.1 iOS all start having battery failure too?
Being a fanboy- should not mean bearing false witness.
Go look on Apples' own Discussion Forums- you will find over 200,000 views Apple Discussions: Topic "Low battery life on iPod touch after installing iOS 4" in forum "Getting Started and Using your iPod touch"
Don't take my word for it google it.
Ipod Touch 4g and iOS4/4.1 is a trainwreck.
I'm surprised CNET is silent about it.
But thats kind of telling in itself.
