  • "Great system for most people."

Pros: Great sounding to most people, very durable, very consistent sound

Cons: Heavy and somewhat high price.

Summary: I have a wave radio. It's wonderful. As one person said, "People that buy Bose think they know good sound". I think that's true of people that buy any sound product, especially higher end ones. The truth is sound is so subjective that technical specs really don't matter that much. Also, the materials a speaker system is made of is not the most important factor, but rather whether the system can sound the same year after year, decade after ... The Bose radio has done this and taken considerable abuse (rained on, treated roughly at times, etc). Still wonderful. Great engineering.
