Pros: we have had a bose cd/wave radio for over 12 years and it sounds just a crisp and clear as it did when we bought it.
it fills our living room with amazing sound.
small, so small that people cannot believe such rich music is coming from a little box.

Cons: cost will steer some people away.

Summary: funny how people who call bose "over priced crap" never have owned bose products.

friends ask... "where is your stereo or system?" and we point to the little bose radio. they are amazed that our living room with cathedral ceilings is filled with music.
awesome sound and clarity for over 12 years.
    money well spent
