"Far better sounding than the compation."
Pros: The grand father of audiophile sound Henry Kloss voiced this radio from the midrange out to the bottom and top. The modle 88CD is tonaly balanced,detailed and involeing.
Cons: The transport could be alot quioter, and because the speaker system is integrated with the CDP it is importaint to decouple the unit from the table or what ever it's sitting on.

Pros: has nice features, has great sound, I'd give it a thumbs-up if it weren't for the terrible FM pulling power!
Cons: My much cheaper GE Super radio puts it to shame with FM reception. It has very poor FM reception in my area.
