Pros: Sounds good. Looks nice. Plenty loud wihtout distortion. Dual charge!
Cons: lights get annoying. No built in alarm clock. Audio automatically turns on when iphone/iPod is plugged in.
Summary: This is a nice addition to my collection of accesories. What sold me was the dual-dock at a low price. The sound quality is very good. The lights can get very annoying especially when trying to sleep, but it's a small inconvenience. On the whole, the jvc dual charger is an awesome product. My old school 30gb iPod and my iPhone 3g get charged super easily.

Pros: It sounds good, works with my second gen ipod touch, docks have covers for when not in use.
Cons: no snooze, didn't come with adapter dock, have to manually unlock if you want to use the menu
Summary: the is not a snooze but you can set an exact for the timer now. even without the adapter dock it stayed in securely but for caution sake i used the one i had anyway.

Summary: Purchased this item as a replacement for my I-Home alarm clock,only to discover that it does not have an alarm clock.Instead the NX-PN7, has an on/off timer that can be used as an alarm clock(count the hours till you want to wake up,and add or is it subtract from the current time,and there you have your wake up time,just make sure that the volume is set to high.)The NX-PN7 does not come with the required I-pod/phone adapter docks which are a must have item to secure the i-pod/phone in place,this item must be purchased from an Apple Store.And whats with the LED/demo mode lights at the base? Great if you're fifteen years old. The overall sound quality is ok for a bedrooom unit. But because this is not a clock radio,in the end I kept the I-Home.
