2.5 starson by knucklesotoolePros: 100 presets available, digital tuning is convenient and quick, size is just right, AM/FM/SW SIDE BAND fun.
Cons: has more features then early 7600 however sound quality (talk and music) very poor, high power consumption, tuning delay annoying. AM antennae (internal) poor.
Summary: I only use this radio when I've misplaced my old (analog) sw7600. Will probably send my original digital model to Sony for repair, it sounded great, loud or soft, talk or music, would play for days outdoors on batt's, and did everything well. In the back of my mind I keep wondering if this is just a lemon.
