Samsung RFG237AARS (refrigerator/freezer - french style - 36" - stainless steel)

Pros: The refrigerator did get cold
The exterior styling is attractive

Cons: French doors do not align
Compressor is extremely loud
Interior arrangement not very convenient
Can hear ice dropping from ice maker all over the house

Summary: When I attempted to have Samsung authorize service for the alignment and compressor issues, they stated the issues were within their specifications and that service will not be authorized. I guess they know their quality control is extremely poor. When I elevated the issue to Executive Customer Relations the supervisor stated that she is terminating my entire warranty. The supervisor further stated that she is the final authority and that there is no recourse within Samsung. Only recourse left is to head to court.
