Can hear ice dropping from ice maker all over the houseSummary: When I attempted to have Samsung authorize service for the alignment and compressor issues, they stated the issues were within their specifications and that service will not be authorized. I guess they know their quality control is extremely poor. When I elevated the issue to Executive Customer Relations the supervisor stated that she is terminating my entire warranty. The supervisor further stated that she is the final authority and that there is no recourse within Samsung. Only recourse left is to head to court.
