CNET Editors' rating explained for PCNow

On August 26, CNET launched a substantial redesign of its Web sites. As part of the changes, we've altered the rating system to include numerals (1 through 10 with decimals) and a five-star system, with half stars. WebEx generously offers toll-free phone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The company also offers e-mail-based support, and its PCNow Web site offers extensive online help and a Getting Started manual that will guide you through the installation process.
