"Great to use, wrecked by stupid support"
Pros: Just like being at you remote PC, well nearly.
Cons: The held desk is slow and stupid, they use email which takes forever, they refuse to take a call or to phone. It took then 72 hours to fix a trivial fault using email. In the proccess they completly wrecked some other guy's service !!
