"Good remote at a better price than Harmony"
Pros
Can handle up to 15 devices at a lower price than any equivalent Harmony device.
Cons
Buttons are a little stiff, and some very small. Price feels a little high when not on sale.

Purchased mine on special at Best Buy. Of course, the price is a major mitigating factor for any complaints, but there are still some minor ones worth mentioning.
With the many remote controls present in the typical household these days, universal remotes are a boon, but I feel the advanced ones like these are still a little over priced. If the various sellers could drop the prices, these would be a much easier sale to the general public that are not AV or tech enthusiasts.
Probably the "biggest" issue of all is that some of the buttons are a bit too small for those with meaty fingers or poorer eye sight. Yes, those smae features can be duplicated in the on screen menus, but not without connecting the remote to the computer. And an internet connection is REQUIRED for the programming software to work.
Another complaint is that you cannot edit activities (macros)on the remote. Those also require the programming software, a computer and an internet connection.
But those considerations aside, it is a good universal, programmable remote. I do recommend it as a viable alternative to Harmony products, but like any advanced (complicated) device, be an informed buyer.
