Subject: [Support Ticket #BCF-34074-815]: Griffin airclickusb Technical Question
Tom,
I apologize for this inconvenience. While this is mentioned in our support pages, the 64 bit compatibility is not very clear otherwise, and I have spoken to my supervisor about addressing this. I am afraid that we cannot give you a refund as the store where you made the purchase your money. I suggest you return the product to the store where the purchase was made for an refund. If for some reason the store will not allow you to then please let us know.
