    Pros: cool design, something to brag about. one touch activity. responsive customer service.

    Cons: confusing setup. still confusing. price point is way to high. ergonomically challanging, if you're used to holding a remote in one hand.

    Summary: i would not recommend this product if you're looking for something to control 4 or 5 devices in 1 room. save your money and get something more simple. i'd highly recommend this remote if you need to control a dining room lighting and shades, entertainment theater system and lighting but thats it.
