    Pros: none, it sucks!

    Cons: I too spent hours on the phone with Apple and Logitech NO HELP!

    Summary: I was psyched to get this thought it would be awesome to have a universal remote but after 3 hours of trying to get it to work with my mac I was so aggravated I boxed it up and returned it. I will NEVER buy another logitech product.
