"Pretty good for the price I paid for it."
Pros: Nice slim design, the layout allows for no-look operation for some buttons.
Cons: Software could use some improvement, but overall, much better than the H688 model I had.
Summary: I got a good deal for this 520 and overall, I'm pretty satisfied with it after setting up customized buttons to my liking. I liked how the software allow me to transfer the devices and activities settings from my old harmony to the 520. However, custom buttons did not get copied over, which took me a while to set up.
Since I don't use the number pad much, the size and closeness of the buttons do not bother me.
Good product if you can find it for less than retail.
