    Pros: the remote works with many devices

    Cons: Some of the keypad numbers does not work after 2 years and the device did not switch inputs automatically as designed.

    Summary: Will not recommend buying this model.

    I could not agree more! This and other Harmony remotes develop "dead button" syndrome after about 2 years of use and become expensive paperweight :(
    On my 550 non of the recessed buttons are working any longer.
