Set-up Time can be longSummary: I had 3 of these within a year. First buttons failed out of the box so I returned it for a new one. Then the device would reset itself and I found on the web this was a common issue and they admitted as such. The third device lasted a whole 6 months and then buttons failed again. This seems to be common with this device (see other reviews) or search the web. An in-law has a different model for 3 years and it is running strong. The idea is great, the execution of this one is poor.

I love logitech mice and keyboards but this remote has caused my family the most frustration of ANY gadget we've ever purchased. It loses the connection with our audio system and apple tv and we have to restart everything on a frequent basis which defeats the purpose.
If you're buying a mouse or keyboard go with Logitech, but, STAY away form these units that fail more often than they work.
