Pros: Great visual display. Fairly simple uptake of components except COX cablebox which is a royal pain (fortunately had a professional with me). Good option display.

Cons: See below since not enough characters to explain.

Summary: Programmed, worked well, then died next day.

Called Logitech. Needed escalation. They will call. They didn't...

Called again. Tech figured out battery was problem. Won't just send battery...needs escalation. They will call. They don't...

Also sent email. They send stupid email explaining: >We are sorry to hear that you are having a problem with the Harmony remote.
    > In this case, we would recommend that you do a firmware update for the remote.

Unfortunately difficult to do firmware update with a completely powerless dark screen!!

Still waiting for phone call. The problem is most likely the battery does not work and the remote does not work. The Logitech call service "escalation" means no service. What that means is the problem does not get addressed immediately and the customer is
dissatisfied. Worse yet, Logitech comes to the wrong conclusion with emails. They need to learn 1 step service. FYI, a similiar problem with samsumg was resoved quickly and accurately (I recently spent $5000+ on components for TV over fireplace).

Will probably just return it. What a waste of time.

Problem #2: , when you program "activities" which is their code for macros, there a many limitations including no option for instant USB access which is now the most common wall we listen to music.

Really, avoid this like the plague, or at least like universal remote sudden death.

Unclear why CNET gave so high a rating.

Why the heck don't they just figure out to quickly send the battery that looks so likely to be the problem? Are you listening logitech?

    Well the nightmare is over...

I returned my DYSHARMONY device. They have the stupidist and rudist people in service and I will never, never, ever buy another logitech or DYSHARMONY device.

For god's sake (or your own existential sake if you are an atheist) do not buy DYSHARMONY. You will think of me when it goes down. What a waste of my time!
