"Beware of Logitech"
Pros: Nice conceptual design
Cons: Abysmal support; terrible flaw in Harmony One
Summary: I previously wrote a review of the Harmony One (see "The Good, the Somewhat Bad, and the Very Ugly" in the review section of for the Harmony One). Readers should be made aware the Logitech support is incredibly bad - full of misinformation and deception, with a complete failure to acknowledge problems. To my knowledge the design/software problems with the Harmony One remain unresolved to this date. I suspect that any problems with this latest remote will also find the same kind of Logitech response. I recommend that you don't waste your time or money with this company.
