"A better overall design, but the primary buttons need some work"3.0 starson by rgunther
Pros: Nice, sturdy feel; cool green backlight; nice improvement over the 520; clever Xbox integration; extensive online device support
Cons: Primary buttons--volume, channel, and navigation--too hard to discern and press
Summary: This remote gets SO close to being the perfect universal remote, but it blows it with Logitech's insistance on retaining their ring-of-buttons design that includes (and essentially hides) the volume and channel buttons. Here are the functions you use most, and they're integrated into a bevel, so that your fingers can't discern which button is which without actually looking at the remote. Add to that the fact that these along with the navigation buttons are just too hard to press. WHY? If this is your first Harmony, you'll probably love this remote, but I returned mine. Logitech, you're so close. Fix these problems, and you would, indeed, have the perfect universal remote.
