Cons: Support will not address problems that go beyond their previous experience or corporate policy
Summary: I was very excited to purchase a product that replaced 5 separate remotes. And Logitech offered a $30 mail in rebate to make it even more appealing. However, after 2 months of exchanges with Rebate Support, Technical Support, Sales Support, Corporate Marketing, the office fo the CEO and the Better Business Bureau I still do not have a check for $30. I discovered they have a D- rating with Better Business Bureau with 118 complaints in the past 36 months concerning every aspect of service and support. Sadly, Logitech makes a good product but has no concern or respect for their customers after the sale.
