"Finally a Remote Control that really is Universal!"
Pros: Mac & PC programmable. Great Button Layout. Beautiful and easy to use color LCD touch screen. Rechargeable on it's cradle! Very easy to use and works on everything!
Cons: Logitech Harmony has poor customer support and it is hard to reach them on the phone. The quick start instructions could give you a little more information such as how long to initially charge the remote control before using it.
Summary: I like this remote. I have tried ones that cost more, and other Harmony remotes. This is the only one that works with everything I have. It has a comfortable fit in the hand, lightweight. No more batteries to buy! It is really awesome and I highly recommend it. It also learns from other remote controls if your device is not listed in Logitech's database. You will need Internet and a Mac or PC to set it up - but once it's set up - which isn't hard - you will love it and hide all the other remote controls in some hidden drawer!
