"Best Remote You Can Get!"
Pros: Fully Configurable, Animated Icons, Long Range, Comfortable.. Girls can use!
Cons: Price, need good computer background to program this thing!
Summary: I used to have harmony 880.. it was okay, but sometimes wouldn't turn on/off components appropraitely. Because addicted to electronics bought this remote. Although cost almost 1000$, I got a 4 year warranty just in case. It took me 2-3 days to figure out how to program this, but once you know, it is a piece of cake. This thing can do anything, and it is so easy to program that I have instructions for people to read when they come over and use it for their first time. Even my sister can use it! Good range, switches components fast, long battery life, very light weight.
To those novice to these kind of remotes, be prepared for a steep learning curve. Highly recommended otherwise.

Reading your review, after I just bought mine. The saleperson was good at his job, and I was also looking for an alternative to my Harmoney Remotes that also failed to control equipment properly and simply died time after time (had a protection plan). I didn't get any plan for this remote, hope that wasn't a mistake...
It isn't hard to program like the sales guy claim it is, it ain't simple though. You can customize everything! I agree with you, will write a review later. -
How can I obtain your help guide for this remote?
