I just moved and my new roomates wanted to have a wireless network. I've used the 3Com router before (non-wireless model) and it worked well.
I decided to give this wireless version a shot, and I wasn't disappointed. It came with everything I needed. A few simple hookups and the device is up. The configuration interface is web based via the browser. There is a wizard that guides you setting it up. If you have high speed cable, setup is a real breeze, such as in my case.
Once everything is up, you can enable the wireless and configure the encryption. The MAC address filtering and disabling the SSID broadcast is great for enhancing the security of your wireless. My roomates are happy, they can roam around the house, downstairs, upstairs and the signal is good.
I've tried other products by D-Link, Linksys and Negreat. 3Com exceeded them all.
