    "Easy, easy, easy."

Pros: Easy set up, great signal strength

    Cons: Don't know yet.

Summary: I had an entry level Dlink wireless router that I used for a couple of years and when it quit on me, I replaced it with a Linksys WRT300N which cost considerably more and was supposed to be faster, stronger, great service etc.... Well I had nothing but problems. I?m no expert but I am fairly good with IT issues and I needed telephone support to configure it, 3 hrs worth in fact. I admit the Linksys reps were cheerful when they finally got to you after 20-40 min on hold. Then on almost a weekly basis I was on the phone again for 1-2 hrs because it would randomly stop working with our 3 wireless computers. Linksys'tech support had no real idea why it didn't work and tried to blame our computer but the fact that we had 3 separate previously working systems nixed that idea. They also didn't admit to knowing of any problems with the WRT300N model though I had so many that I felt there must be. I found a review that said it wasn't as backward compatible as it needed to be which really made sense to me after everything we went through. All my wireless computers are using G network interfaces. So I returned the Linksys and bought a Belkin N wireless router. It was as simple as hooking it up and plugging it in. My computers found it immediately on my first search for available networks and connected with ease. It was a simple matter to make it secure as well. I could not be happier with it and I got almost 70 bucks back when I returned the Linksys. This is only day two with the Belkin but so far I highly recommend it and it's signal strength is far better than the Linksys was even with it's elaborate antenna system.
