Just try calling Cisco for service! I have had more plesent experiences at the DMV and they did not take as long. Cisco is really geared to sell you a router, but their phone menu alone tells you their commitment to support. It is the last option on the main menu, and the last option on the support and sales menu... after a long delay. They just assume you called to buy something, not actually want to make it work correctly.
