Cons: Cisco's customer service is some of the worst I've experienced anywhere. They are courteous enough but their lack of expertise, failure to resolve problems and follow through and language gap all made for an extraordinarily frustrating experience.
Summary: If I had know how frustrating it was going to be dealing with Cisco customer service I would never have dealt with them or purchased one of their products.
