Pros: NONE AT THIS TIME
Cons: We had a less powerful version of the Linksys router and were experiencing connection drops frequently, so upgraded to this one. We are still experiencing the same problems.
Summary: Shaw instructed us that we need to change the wireless channel, and to call Cisco for support. Cisco said they would love to help with this, I ONLY need to buy an extended support plan (it's been 4 months since we bought it), they only provide free support for 90 days. What a joke for a product that is still under warranty and is not functioning well at all.
