"The RV110W is the perfect router for the price."
on by LANforALLPros The price is great for the features that are inside. Configuration was a snap. The wireless network was on and secured in seconds. The VPN setup was easy and it worked with my iPhone so now I can get my email over a VPN link. I would recommend it.
Cons The VPN setup could be easier.

"Great Product!!"
on by NtwrkGirlPros Low cost, vast feature set, small form factor
Cons No gigabit, but the RV220W does offer gigabit so it's not really a con.
Summary This is a really really good router. The issue the user has above is that he was trying to contact the wrong entity for support. I am a long time Cisco user and those numbers are for Cisco enterpeise devices. This device is supported by Cisco Small Business Support (SBSC); 1-866-606-1866. I know because I've called them and they were able to help answer a few questions I had about the RV110W. I am really glad I purchased this one and recommend it to my customers!!
Geez, it's no good that your reps didn't know where to direct you. The RV110W is supported by Cisco Small Biz Support. The number is 1-866-606-1866 and they are 24/7.

"NO SUPPORT EXIST FOR THIS PRODUCT. NO WARRANTY POSSIBLE"
on by schang01Pros Just purchased my cisco wireless, have yet to see how well it performs. Hope it doesn't break because it's not possible to get any warranty from cisco
Cons Absolutely no support exist for cisco product. After purchasing this router I created an account at cisco website to register for the warranty. Everytime you want to register your product, the site ask you to log in (even though you are already logged in)
Summary Buy this product at your own risk. Good luck if you try to get any support from Cisco. Even their customer service rep don't know where to transfer you. They will keep bouncing you from phone number to phone number. From Cisco to Linksys and back to Cisco. Some rep even gave me a list of phone numbers and asked me to try them all out to see if any of those will help. Also every time you get transfered (in my case 7 times), cisco will ask you all you information all over again (name, model, serial number) just to tell you later they cannot help you. Below are the numbers I was given all Cisco Rep in just one night: (800)553-2447, (800)562-5797, (800)553-2447, (800) 408-526-4000, (800) 326-7114 ....
